A structured, hands-on 4-week bootcamp covering everything you need to understand, practise, and apply project management in the real world - from initiation to closure, templates to tools, and your first PM interview.
Most people know project management is the career move they want. But they're stuck at the same point: overwhelmed by jargon, unsure how to position their existing experience, and uncertain what it actually takes to land that first PM role.
Over 4 weeks, you will go from "I don't know where to start" to "I can walk into a project coordinator or PMO analyst interview and perform." Not by memorising theory - but by doing the actual work.
Every session uses real project scenarios. Every concept is anchored to practice. And by the time you leave, you'll have a portfolio of PM documents - a Project Charter, Risk Register, WBS, Stakeholder Analysis, Status Report, and Closure Report - that prove your competence to any employer.
This is the programme that removes the guesswork and builds the confidence to make your move.
"For over three years I have been coaching entry-level project managers. I am hosting this bootcamp because I want to share what I know and help you get the right guidance from the start - the kind that changes everything."
- Ugochinyere Amaonyeanaso, Instructor
The curriculum follows the real project management lifecycle - so by the end of Module 4, you've been through the entire journey from initiation to closure, with career preparation built into the final session.
This bootcamp was designed from the ground up for beginners. There are no prerequisites except a willingness to engage, practise, and apply what you learn.
The only thing you need is a desire to build a career in project management. Everything else is covered in the bootcamp.
I am a Digital Project Manager and certified Scrum and Agile practitioner with hands-on experience managing website development projects, business operations initiatives, digital transformation programmes, and process improvement projects across multiple industries.
For over three years, I have been coaching entry-level project managers - helping people make the transition into PM roles with the right knowledge, the right frameworks, and the right support. When I was starting out, I did not waste months taking endless courses because I had the right guidance from the start. That changed everything for me, and it is exactly what this bootcamp is designed to do for you.
I am hosting this bootcamp because I want to teach people what I know.
Every session, every exercise, every template in this bootcamp is drawn from real project work - not textbook theory adapted for a classroom. What you will learn here is what actually happens on real projects, in real organisations, with real stakeholders who have competing priorities and tight budgets.
My goal is simple: by the end of 4 weeks, you should be able to walk into any entry-level PM interview and prove you know your stuff - because you have done the work and have the portfolio to show for it.
Two sessions per week - Friday evening and Saturday morning - designed to fit around work commitments. Each session is 2 hours with a practical activity built in.
